Advanced PE

This class is designed for female and male students who have an interest in weight training, agility, and flexibility techniques. Students must have a desire to improve their personal physical fitness and conditioning, and will also have the opportunity to perform various activities based on individual preference.

Opened to 10, 11, 12 grade

Must have passed P.E. 1 with a C or better


Advanced PE is for any student that has successfully completed PE 1 and would like to continue to stay active while participating in a variety of activities and games. Dressing daily in gym clothes and participating are a must to pass this course. Each day students will be required to stretch and run for safety and for ultimate performance in class. Two one mile runs will also be required each marking period.
